How to use Shine Spray for stronger, healthier hair
I like to keep this simple because it really is simple.
Hold the bottle about six to eight inches away from your hair and lightly mist it over the mid-lengths and ends. You don’t need to drench your hair. It’s meant to be a light, even veil, not a heavy coating.
If you have fine or thinner hair, start with about two sprays per side on damp hair, focusing mostly on the ends. Then one next day dry hair, you can add one very light mist over the surface if you want a little extra smoothness or shine. Fine hair doesn’t need much, and you can always add more, but it’s harder to take away.
If your hair is thicker, coarser, or curly, you’ll naturally need a bit more. Work in sections if you want to be more intentional, lightly misting and then smoothing it through with your hands. On damp hair, this helps reduce swelling and stress from water, and on dry hair, it helps soften texture and reduce friction throughout the day. Thick, curly, course hair will really really benefit from using this oil daily.
You can also spray a small amount into your palms first and press it into the ends if you want more control. Since it’s in a fine mist spray form, it distributes really evenly across the hair instead of concentrating in one heavy spot, which makes it easier to get that light, balanced layer without overdoing it.
The goal isn’t to make your hair feel oily. It’s to give it a light layer of protection so it holds moisture better, tangles less, and stays supported over time.
