Our Sustainability Efforts

Eco-friendly Expectations

Just like we obsessively formulate our products with high standards and the best clean ingredients, we put a lot of care and thought into our environmental footprint, too. We continue to learn more and improve. This is what we're doing currently.

Our Boxes

Our (beautiful) product boxes are made from FSC-Certified, 100% Post-Consumer Fiber and are Green Seal™ Certified and Green-e Certified.

Our Bottles & Labels

We use recyclable glass bottles to protect the integrity of our products, (and amber glass for the Body Oil, giving them a longer shelf-life so there is no product waste). Our labels are made from uncoated paper and TerraSkin® (80% calcium carbonate and 20% polyethylene resin) for a durable and environmentally-friendly alternative to a traditional plastic-coated paper stock.

Our Shipping Materials

Your order is shipped in a recyclable Kraft paper box. The tissue in your order is made from FSC-Certified, acid-free, lignin and sulphur-free paper, and is home compostable and recyclable. It's Printed with soy-based inks. The Ritual Card inside is printed on 100% Recycled Uncoated Paper and is fully compostable and recyclable.

How to Recycle your Products & Packaging

All of the paper items in your order are recyclable or, in the case of the tissue and ritual card: compostable. Everything else is covered below!

Remove the TerraSkin® or paper label from your bottle and recycle it.

Rinse your glass bottle with water and recycle or reuse it.

Discard the plastic spray top.
